Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Kantian Machines Inc., doing business as Loopirific (“Loopirific”, “we”, “us”), about using Loopirific. By creating an account, signing in, or installing Loopirific on your Shopify store, you accept them for yourself and for the business you use Loopirific for, and you confirm that you’re allowed to accept them on its behalf.

1. What Loopirific does

Loopirific connects to your Meta ad accounts and your Shopify store to show which ads lead to sales, and lets you build funnel pages for the people your ads reach. We keep improving Loopirific, so its features may change. Features marked as in beta or in development may not work fully.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for what happens in your workspace. Give us accurate details, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us at support@loopirific.com if you think someone has misused your account. You must be at least 18 to use Loopirific.

3. Meta and Shopify

Loopirific works through your Meta and Shopify accounts, so their terms and policies also apply to how you use it. You let us read your data from them, on your behalf, to provide Loopirific. We don’t control their services, and we aren’t responsible when they change, limit or stop what they offer. You can disconnect either at any time.

4. Your data and your funnels

Your data stays yours. You let us use it only to provide, secure and support Loopirific for you. You’re responsible for your funnels: what they say, the products and offers on them, and their meeting the laws that apply to you, including advertising and consumer protection laws.

You confirm that you may share the data you connect with us, including your shoppers’ data, and that your store tells shoppers how their data is used, for example in its privacy policy, with any consent the law requires.

5. How we handle your shoppers’ data

For personal data about your shoppers, we act on your behalf, as your processor or service provider. We:

• use it only to provide Loopirific to you, and never sell it or use it for anyone else;
• keep it confidential, and protect it as our privacy policy describes;
• use only the providers our privacy policy lists, and tell you before we add others;
• help you answer your shoppers’ requests about their data, including the ones Shopify passes on;
• tell you without undue delay if we learn of a breach affecting it;
• delete it when you uninstall Loopirific or ask us to, as our privacy policy describes.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Loopirific to break the law or anyone’s rights, to mislead or harm people, or to send spam. Don’t try to get around its security or limits, interfere with how it runs, copy or reverse-engineer it, or reach data that isn’t yours.

7. Fees

Some plans cost money, and you’ll see the price and what it covers before you choose one. If you use Loopirific through Shopify, Shopify bills you for us, under its terms. Fees don’t include taxes. We’ll tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you. Fees already paid aren’t refundable, except where the law says they must be.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Loopirific at any time, by uninstalling it or by asking us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if your use puts Loopirific, other people or our providers at risk. Where we reasonably can, we’ll tell you first. When your account ends, we delete your data as our privacy policy describes.

9. Our property

Loopirific, including its software, design and name, belongs to us. These terms let you use it while your account is open, and don’t give you any other rights in it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

10. No guarantees

Loopirific is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we don’t promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that your ads or funnels will produce results. Matching sales to ads depends on what Meta and Shopify report, which can be incomplete or late.

11. Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about Loopirific is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.

12. Claims about your use

If someone makes a claim against us because of your funnels, your data, or your breaking these terms, you’ll cover our reasonable costs and losses from it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll tell you about changes that matter at least 30 days before they take effect, by email or in Loopirific. If you keep using Loopirific after that, the new terms apply.

14. Law

The law of the state where Kantian Machines Inc. is incorporated governs these terms, and that state’s courts decide disputes about them.
