Privacy policy
Last updated October 27, 2026
Loopirific shows merchants which of their Meta ads lead to sales in their Shopify store, and serves funnel pages to the people those ads reach. This policy explains what data Loopirific handles, why, and the choices you have. “Loopirific”, “we” and “us” mean Kantian Machines Inc., doing business as Loopirific. “You” means anyone who uses Loopirific: a merchant, or someone working for one.
Our role
- Your account and workspace: we decide how this data is used, as this policy describes. We’re its controller.
- Your shoppers’ data, meaning your store’s orders and visits to your funnels: we handle it for you, only to provide Loopirific to you. We’re your processor, or service provider. Shoppers with questions about their data should ask the store, and we help stores answer them. Our terms of service set out how we handle it.
What we collect
Your account
Your name and email address, and how you sign in: with Google, with an email address and password (both through Google Firebase), or through Shopify. Signing in with Google also gives us the address of your profile photo. When you open Loopirific from your Shopify admin, Shopify tells us your staff account’s name and email address. We never see your password.
From Meta, when you connect it
An access token; your Meta account’s name and ID; the ad accounts you can reach, and the businesses that own them; and, for the ad accounts you choose, their campaigns, ad sets and ads, with their names, settings, creative (text and images) and results, such as spend, reach, clicks and purchases. Meta reports audiences only as totals by age and gender, so we never receive data about individual people from Meta.
From Shopify, when you install Loopirific
An access token; your store’s name and settings; your products, with their prices and stock; and your orders. For each order we keep its number, dates and status, its totals, discounts and refunds, what was bought, its additional details from the cart (where a funnel’s quiz answers go), where the visit started (landing page, referring site and UTM tags), and the shopper’s Shopify customer ID. We don’t collect shoppers’ names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses.
Your funnels
The pages you build in Loopirific, and the products and buttons on them.
Visits to your funnels
When a shopper opens one of your funnels on your store, Shopify passes the request to us so we can draw the page, and the same goes for funnels at loopirific.com. We don’t keep a record of who visited. A shopper’s quiz answers stay in their browser for that visit and go with their cart to your Shopify checkout, which is how they reach the order.
Cookies
We set these cookies on loopirific.com, and none on your store:
lp_sessionkeeps you signed in, for up to 14 days.lp_meta_oauthandlp_shopify_oauthprotect a connection to Meta or Shopify while it’s being made, for 10 minutes.loopirific_dev_moderemembers that you turned Dev mode on, for a year.
Google Firebase also keeps your sign-in state in your browser. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies.
Logs
When something goes wrong, our servers record the error and the request it happened on. These records are deleted after a month.
How we use it
- To run Loopirific: matching orders to the ads that led to them, building and serving your funnels, and keeping your data up to date. We refresh it from Meta and Shopify every 6 hours, and whenever you ask.
- To keep Loopirific secure, and to find and fix problems.
- To contact you about your account and about important changes.
We don’t sell personal data or share it for advertising. We don’t use one merchant’s data for another, and we don’t make decisions about people that have legal or similarly significant effects on them.
Who we share it with
- Amazon Web Services hosts Loopirific and its database, in the United States.
- Google Firebase handles signing in.
- Meta and Shopify receive our requests for your data, made with the access you gave us.
We share data beyond these only when the law requires it, or with a company that acquires Loopirific, which would then have to keep to this policy.
How we protect it
Connections to Loopirific use HTTPS. Our database encrypts everything it stores, and Meta and Shopify access tokens are encrypted a second time, with a key only Loopirific’s servers hold. Only the people who run Loopirific can reach its data.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
- While you’re connected, we keep what Meta and Shopify send, so Loopirific can show it.
- Disconnecting Meta deletes its access token at once. Ad data already copied stays in your workspace until you ask us to delete it.
- Uninstalling Loopirific from Shopify deletes its access token at once and stops syncing. 48 hours later, when Shopify asks, we delete everything we copied from the store: its products, orders and settings.
- When Shopify passes on a shopper’s request to be forgotten, we remove their customer ID and visit details from their orders.
- Sign-in sessions end after 14 days, and logs are deleted after a month.
- To delete your account, your workspace, or the data from Meta, email us at support@loopirific.com. We’ll tell you when it’s done.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, get a copy of it, or object to how we use it. Email us at support@loopirific.com, and we’ll answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Where your data is
Loopirific stores data in the United States. If you use Loopirific from another country, your data goes there.
Children
Loopirific is for businesses, not children, and we don’t knowingly collect data about anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top. For changes that matter, we’ll also tell you by email or in Loopirific before they take effect.
